Enrollees must complete
and submit the appropriate enrollment form (see below) along
with a CCX Soil Offset Enrollment Worksheet, FSA maps of
enrolled land and a recent FSA crop certification summary
(FSA-578).
The current contract period is 2007 - 2012.
