KyCorn Internship Opportunities Now Available

InternshipThe Kentucky Corn Growers Association is proud to announce its new internship program that will begin in January.

Two internships will be provided for three separate terms during the next year. One internship will focus on social media and communications and the other will focus on education.

“KyCorn is investing in this intern program to provide professional development for Kentucky students interested in working for agriculture,” said Jennifer Elwell, KyCorn communications director. “I also hope we will benefit by gaining some assistance for our consumer outreach programs and a fresh perspective on social media, advocacy and education efforts. Today’s college students eat and breathe social media and may be more tuned into what works and what doesn’t.”

Some of the more attractive features of the program are students’ ability to work from school or home on their own schedules, KyCorn provides compensation, and interns may apply for up to three consecutive terms for a full year’s internship.
Applicant information is available on our website.

Applications for the first program term are due November 15. Interviews will be scheduled before Thanksgiving.
