KyCGA GROWS ITS LIFETIME MEMBERS

More than 100 corn growers and industry supporters have decided to make the life-long commitment to the mission of the KyCGA, reflecting the success of the association’s member programs and grassroots activism. Lifetime Members benefit from special promotions and by never needing to be reminded to renew their membership.

KyCGA also involves Lifetime Members in setting association policy. The response to our last priorities survey was outstanding.

"As a KyCGA board member, I appreciate the extra commitment that a Lifetime Member gives to our organization," says chief recruiter Jeff Rice of Utica.

A new Lifetime Membership costs $350, but if a remaining balance will be applied if a member would like to upgrade their current membership.

"We make sure to keep the cost of a Lifetime Membership low because we want to build this section of our membership and to make it the obvious choice," said Ray Allan Mackey, KyCGA president. "It allows us to focus less on keeping our grassroots base and more on building our grassroots strength."

RECRUIT NEW MEMBERS – EARN CASH AND PRIZES

Ever wonder why more of your corn grower neighbors aren’t reaping the benefits of NCGA membership? Maybe they haven’t been asked! When you sign them up, you build member strength and we reward your efforts. To encourage recruiting efforts and recognize your achievements, NCGA provides 2 incentive programs. The more members you recruit the more you’re rewarded!

PROGRAM 1.
Top State Recruiter Awards Through the program the top three recruiters in each state with the highest cumulative point totals will be recognized with a cash reward at the conclusion of the 2009 membership year. Cash awards will be issued for each state, as follows: 1st - $200; 2nd - $150; and 3rd - $100.

Top National Recruiter Awards
Three Top National Recruiter Awards will be issued by NCGA for overall cumulative point totals from January 1-December 31, annually. The top three recruiters from across the Corn Belt will each receive up to $750 toward expenses at the 2010 Commodity Classic, where they will be recognized during the NCGA Awards Banquet.

PROGRAM 2.
Cabela’s Bucks Recruiting members earns you Cabela’s bucks. Points are redeemable for Cabela’s gift cards. For every five (5) points earned, a recruiter receives $5 toward a Cabela’s Gift Card, i.e. 5-9 points = $5; 10-14 points = $10; 15-19 points = $15, etc. There is no cap on the rewards earned.
