KyCGA Honors the Memory of Tom Luck with
Hall of Fame Induction
On
January 6, KyCGA posthumously announced Tom Luck as the 2006
Hall of Fame inductee. Luck, who resided in Hopkins
County and served on the KyCGA Board for 7 years, passed
away in February 2005.
According to his peers, Luck was a an
innovative thinker and a successful business owner. He was a
strong supporter of Kentucky’s ethanol industry and other
cooperative business ventures.
A portrait of Luck was presented to his
wife, Diane, and son, Brian. The KyCGA Board also honored
Luck by presenting Brian a $1000 scholarship to aid in his
graduate work in agricultural engineering at the University
of Kentucky.
